Greetings Gautreau Cousins!

Our 2022 family reunion is one year away!

At this time, we are pleased to announce that the Gautreau Family Reunion website is ready to share! Our website includes reunion information, family history, photos, birthday calendar and lots more. Moving forward, relevant updates and information will be added to the site as we get closer to our reunion date.

Many thanks to Lora Roscoe and Megan and Shane Sternstein for their time and expertise putting this website together. We hope you find the site interesting and informative and look forward to your feedback.

Hello Gautreau Cousins!

As we embark on 2021, the Reunion Committee is excited to announce plans to launch the Gautreau Website this year. Our website will include lots of helpful reunion and family information. At this juncture, we are asking for your assistance to continue building the family tree and to include family bios (just the cousins for now). Ideally, we would like to obtain a childhood or adult headshot of each cousin for the bios.

Of the 30 survey respondents, over 83% plan to attend the 2022 reunion, with a small number responding, “maybe.” We anticipate approximately 110 family members in attendance. The top (2) destinations of choice are, #1 New England with New Brunswick, Nova Scotia a close second. A summer event is clearly the season when most family members could make it. What we enjoyed most about the 2016 reunion in Salem was the turn out, the location, the trolly tour and socializing. As for the most desired elements of the 2022 reunion, the majority want a good turnout, opportunities to socialize, fun activities and a genealogical focus. We also received many great ideas for reunion activities.
