Diane Donovan

Diane was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on July 30, 1955, to Normand Alfred Gautreau and Claire Lucille (Saulnier) Gautreau. At the age of 11, Diane moved to McAllen, Texas with her family. After she graduated from high school, Diane relocated to Maine, where she met and married her husband, Jay.

Among Diane’s many talents is that of the proverbial dog and horse whisperer. Needless to say, Diane has quite a soft spot for four-legged animals and has taken her passion for horses to another level. Over the years, she has successfully bred, raised, trained and competed prize-winning horses.

As for her greatest accomplishment, Diane is proud to say she has grown up to be an honest, good-humored human being. Given Diane’s regard for humanity, it’s no surprise that one of the most important of Diane’s values is “human equality.”

Diane is now retired; hence, her favorite pastime is relaxing and spending quality time with her husband.
