Gloria Murray

Gloria was born on March 28, 1956, in Lynn, Massachusetts to Richard (Dick) and Victorine (Vicky) Lord. As a young adult, Gloria resided in Salem, New Hampshire and the North End of Boston. Gloria married Jack Murray and they had two children: Devon Patricia and Brendan Richard. Jack passed away in 1999, and Gloria raised their children on her own with the help of her sister, Tricia, her husband Paul and some wonderful friends. Gloria has one granddaughter: Hope Alyse Murray.

Gloria’s passions are cooking and traveling. Her favorite vacation spot has always been North Conway, New Hampshire - many fond memories of camping with her family as a child and teen. Gloria still loves to visit North Conway, but nowadays her interests are skiing, shopping and enjoying the local fare.

Gloria’s greatest accomplishment is raising two wonderful children. Gloria also takes pride in her 40- year career in finance and earning her Bachelor’s degree taking night classes while working full time.

As for her Favorite pastime, Gloria has too many to count; however, at the top of the list is getting together with her sisters and doing just about anything.
